- Foods high in salt

- Processed sugar

- Foods that contain bad fat like trans fat

- Yoga: Yoga is great and has many benefits for health and lowering stress levels, as well as increased circulation. It’s also great because it incorporates meditation and focused breathing, which helps with relaxation, which can help reduce Tinnitus symptoms
